1. Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the Honors College within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.
Incorrect Order Fulfillment: If you receive the wrong item or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to arrange for a return.

2. Return Process:

To begin the return process, please contact honorscollege@ecu.edu with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn.
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included with the return.

4. Refund Options:

If your return is eligible, you may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return following the guidelines above and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund Processing Time:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or store credit within 5 business days.
