The mission of Farm2Clinic (F2C) is to conduct rigorous, timely, research that identifies and establishes best-practices for food as medicine programming while engaging and partnering within a broad network of organizations and stakeholders to address regional food and nutrition related disparities and build health equity in rural, Eastern North Carolina communities while providing exceptional training and experiential/service learning opportunities for students. We provide free health and nutrition programming to uninsured patients throughout eastern, North Carolina and provide ECU students with various experiential learning opportunities. All purchases/donations from this store will be used to support the costs of F2C's free health and nutrition programming and to support student learning opportunities.
